Summary
Anonymize my ID processes your documents 100% on your device. There is no account, no server and no upload. The photos you capture or select, and the anonymized copies you create, never leave your phone unless you choose to save or share them.
This Privacy Policy explains, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), what limited data is involved.
1. Controller
NEXO APEX S.L. (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with this app and website.

2. The documents you photograph
Images of your ID, passport or other documents are captured, edited and exported entirely on your device. We never receive, transmit or store them. The app does not keep a copy of your originals after you leave the editor.
- Camera & photo library access is used only to capture or import the image you choose to anonymize. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
- Saving / sharing an anonymized copy is an action you initiate; the file goes only where you send it (your photo library, a messaging app, etc.).
3. Purchases
The optional one-time “Pro” unlock is processed by RevenueCat together with Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment card details. These providers process a pseudonymous purchase identifier and receipt to validate your entitlement. See the RevenueCat, Apple and Google privacy policies.
4. Website
This website does not set any analytics cookies until you choose to accept
them. A cookie banner lets you opt in to Google Analytics, which we use only in
aggregate to understand site traffic (e.g. pages viewed, approximate country,
device type) — never to identify you personally, and never linked to anything
you do inside the app. If you accept, Google sets a small number of cookies
(_ga, _ga_<container-id>); see
Google’s cookie policy for
exact names and retention. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie
preferences” in the footer — this stops Google Analytics immediately and
clears its cookies.
If you reject, or before you choose, only one piece of local browser storage is used: your language preference (English/Spanish), which never leaves your browser and is not shared with anyone.
Standard server logs (e.g. IP address) may be processed by our hosting provider for security purposes.
5. What we do not do
- We do not collect, sell or share your documents or personal data.
- We do not require an account or sign-in.
- We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on your documents.
6. Your rights
Where any personal data is processed, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
